1. Introduction & Who We Are

BOLT is a Solana trading bot operated through the Telegram messaging platform. We provide automated trading tools — including token swaps, sniping, copy trading, and advanced order management — to Solana blockchain users.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you interact with our Telegram bot (@BoltTradeSolBot) and our website at bolttradesol.io.

By using BOLT, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

Telegram Account Information

  • Telegram User ID — Your unique numeric Telegram identifier, used to associate your account with your wallets and settings.
  • Username — Your Telegram username (if set), used for referral links and identification within the bot.
  • First Name — Your Telegram display name, used to personalize bot interactions.

Wallet Information

  • Public Wallet Addresses — Your Solana public keys are stored to facilitate transactions, display balances, and execute trades on your behalf.
  • Encrypted Private Keys — Private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We cannot read, access, or decrypt your private keys. They are solely under your control.

Important: BOLT is non-custodial. Your private keys are encrypted client-side and we have no ability to access, view, or use them. You can export your keys at any time and import them into any compatible Solana wallet.

Transaction History

  • On-Chain Transaction Data — Records of trades executed through BOLT, including token addresses, amounts, timestamps, and transaction signatures. This data is inherently public on the Solana blockchain.

Usage Data

  • Commands Used — Which bot features and commands you interact with (e.g., buy, sell, snipe, copy trade).
  • Settings Preferences — Your configured slippage, default buy amounts, MEV protection preferences, auto-sell targets, and other bot settings.

Referral Relationships

  • Referral Links & Codes — If you were referred by another user, or if you refer others, we store these relationships to calculate and distribute referral rewards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide Our Services — Execute trades, manage wallets, process snipes, run copy trading, and handle advanced orders on your behalf.
  • Account Management — Identify your account, maintain your settings, and associate your wallets with your Telegram profile.
  • Improve Features — Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve bot performance, add new features, and optimize the trading experience.
  • Referral Program — Track referral relationships and calculate commission payouts accurately.
  • Customer Support — Assist you with issues, troubleshoot problems, and respond to inquiries related to your account or transactions.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention — Detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activity.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing and improving our trading services.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it.

  • Encryption at Rest — All sensitive data, including wallet private keys, is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, the same encryption standard used by governments, financial institutions, and military organizations worldwide.
  • Database Security — Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest enabled. Access to databases is restricted and monitored.
  • Access Controls — Strict access controls limit who can interact with production systems. Administrative access is restricted to essential operations personnel.
  • PIN Protection — Sensitive operations such as private key exports and withdrawals require a user-defined PIN for an additional layer of security.
  • Auto-Deletion — Messages containing private keys or other sensitive information are automatically deleted from Telegram after a brief display period.

While we implement robust security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage users to enable Telegram two-factor authentication and keep their PINs confidential.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

In the course of providing our services, your data may be shared with the following third-party services:

  • Helius RPC — Solana RPC provider used to submit transactions and query blockchain data. Helius processes your public wallet addresses and transaction data.
  • Birdeye API — Token data and pricing provider. Receives token contract addresses to return market data. No personal user data is shared.
  • Jupiter Aggregator — Decentralized exchange aggregator used to route and execute token swaps. Jupiter processes your public wallet address and trade parameters.
  • Jito — MEV protection service. Receives transaction bundles to shield them from sandwich attacks. Only transaction data is shared.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services:

  • Account Data — Retained for the lifetime of your account. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Transaction History — Retained for record-keeping and support purposes. Note that on-chain transaction data is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted by any party.
  • Usage Data — Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
  • Referral Data — Retained as long as both the referrer and referred user accounts are active.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access — You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Use the /settings command in the bot or contact us directly.
  • Right to Deletion — You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. This includes your Telegram information, wallet records (encrypted keys), settings, and referral data. On-chain transaction data on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted.
  • Right to Export — You can export your wallet private keys at any time through the bot. You can also request a full data export of your account information.
  • Right to Rectification — You can update your settings and preferences at any time through the bot interface.

8. Cookies

BOLT is a Telegram bot and does not use cookies. Our primary service operates entirely within the Telegram messaging platform, which has its own privacy and cookie policies.

Our marketing website (bolttradesol.io) does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie-based tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking services on our website.

9. Third-Party Services

BOLT integrates with and relies on the following third-party platforms:

  • Telegram — Our bot operates on the Telegram platform. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. We receive only the information that Telegram provides to bots (user ID, username, first name).
  • Solana Blockchain — All trades are executed on the Solana blockchain, a public, decentralized ledger. Transactions are permanently and publicly recorded. Wallet addresses and transaction details are visible to anyone. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not within our control.
  • Helius — RPC infrastructure provider. Subject to Helius's Privacy Policy.
  • Jupiter — DEX aggregation protocol. Subject to Jupiter's Privacy Policy.
  • Birdeye — Token data API. Subject to Birdeye's Privacy Policy.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand how they handle your data.

10. Children's Privacy

BOLT is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

11. International Data Transfers

BOLT serves users globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using BOLT, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

Additionally, because all trades occur on the Solana blockchain — a decentralized, global network — transaction data is replicated across nodes worldwide. This is inherent to blockchain technology.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Notify users through the Telegram bot with a summary of key changes.
